Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in its original condition
• With all original tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or screenshot)

How to Return

1. WhatsApp or email us within 14 days of delivery
2. Share your order number + reason for return + photo of item
3. Our team will confirm your return request within 24 hours
4. Send the item back to the address provided by our team
5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item) — we cover the return shipping cost
• If returning due to change of mind — customer bears the return shipping cost

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different color or style if stock is available. Contact us to check availability before returning.
